Technical Director
Lead the technical development of dueball across India. Oversee coaching programs, rule development, and technical standards.
- 10+ years experience in sports management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of dueball or similar sports
State Coordinators
Coordinate dueball activities at the state level. Manage state associations, tournaments, and player development programs.
- 3+ years in sports coordination
- Knowledge of state sports ecosystem
- Strong networking abilities
Event Coordinators
Plan and execute dueball tournaments and events. Handle logistics, scheduling, and event management.
- 2+ years in event management
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Coaching Staff
Train and develop players at national and state levels. Create training programs and mentor upcoming talent.
- Coaching certification required
- 5+ years coaching experience
- Track record of player development
Administrative Roles
Support DFI operations through administrative functions including finance, HR, and general management.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Proficiency in office software
- Excellent organizational skills
